Serialization for Font

[TAJTrades]

When attempting to Serialize the Font in NT 7, I still have to include [XmlIgnore()] in the properties region otherwise it issues an error.

            private Font myFont = new Font("Verdana", 9, System.Drawing.FontStyle.Bold);


         //    Text Font
            [XmlIgnore()]
            [Description("Text Font")]
            [GridCategory("Parameters")]
            [Gui.Design.DisplayNameAttribute("Text Font")]
            public Font MyFont
            {
                get { return myFont; }
                set { myFont = value; }
            }    
            [Browsable(false)]
                public string MyFontSerialize
                {
                    get { return NinjaTrader.Gui.Design.SerializableFont.ToString(myFont); }
                    set { myFont = NinjaTrader.Gui.Design.SerializableFont.FromString(value); }
                } 

Is this by design or is it a blowup waiting to happen? Or I could be making an error. Suggestions?

Thanks for your note.

It is only supported to serialize colors. Therefor this is not supported unfortunately. Will keep this open for other members of the forum to possible assist here.
