csc.exe cannot be found.

Compiler executable file csc.exe cannot be found. Please contact NinjaTrader support for further assistance.

After the error I install the R1 version of NT and still have the same problem .. none of my other installations has this issue ... suggestions? what files would I need to copy from where to get it to work? NT7 ultimate 32bit

Hello,

This most likely points to curropted .net framework.

Please install this version of .net framework.

Please follow the instructions below to repair Microsoft .NET Framework 4 on your PC.
Download and run the .Net 4 installer from below. http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/en/confirmation.aspx?FamilyID=9cfb2d51-5ff4-4491-b0e5-b386f32c0992&displaylang=en
Once ran you will receive two options if .Net 4 is installed.
Select "Repair .Net Framework 4 to its original state"
Click "Next" and follow other prompts
Once the setup application is finished it may ask you to restart your computer, even if it does not please do so.
Please retest your issue and see if it is resolved.

The download wont expand/uncompress .. tried several times

Hmm, did you try after deleting your cache / history as well? If it still fails you can still try the standalone download from here - http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/e...f-b21f31ab88b7
