Programming errors

I have a problem with my NinjaScript that we sell to customers.

We are using InstallShields to install the scripts on their computer but when they try to import another indicator from another vendor for example it says that there are programming errors...

What I am including in InstallShields is the unzip indicators that have been compiled and protected. Should I send the unzip file instead ?

On my computer the scripts compile OK with no errors ...

Thanks for your forum post.

Using custom install shield is Unfortunately unsupported. The reason for this is if your code requires references to another .dll file the reference would not be automatically added to the compiler. It is automatically updated when you use the .zip file exporting from NinjaTrader to import into the customers computer as it will include the .dll and add the references needed.

If you still want to use install shield you would have to have your install shield be able to edit the .xml files in My Documents->NinjaTrader 7 or 6.5->config.xml file as this is where the reference paths are stored, however this is the only tip I will be able to give as this is not supported.
