ninja software newbie question

Couple of questions regarding Ninja:

1. If I get the paid Ninja Trader, and I have an account with Interactive Brokers. Then - on Ninja Trader is it possible to get free data feed from IB for all stocks/options/futures/forex on the Ninja Platform??? Is it free connectivity?

2. Can you trade stocks, options, futures, forex on Ninja?

3. Can you setup auto trading or scan for stocks on Ninja based on certain criteria?

4. If I want to trade stocks, what is the best platform then, Ninja.....?

5. I heard that you can do simulated trading on Ninja without paying, then when do you have to pay - when you can directly connect to IB's data feed right? or the software wont allow to have live data feed until you register?

Welcome to our forums - you can use the free simulated edition to access data from your IB account and trade then on the NinjaTrader internal Sim101 account, you could not execute from it to your IB account directly, for this a paid live license is needed. You can trade stocks, futures and FX Spot - options are unfortunately not supported.

I am connecting NT to IB account. I want trade multiple instruments. I want to issue orders on stock options from NT to IB account. Just issuing options order. I dont even need the stock option quote. Is it possible?,.

Hi nagendra79, trading options is unfortunately not supported with NT.
