stops running

my script stops running. works fine in the morning but by after lunch it stops running. i am manually trading the same instrument on another time frame chart, is that causing my script to stop running? can i fix this? running NT7

Strategy instances are independent, so other strategies running shouldn't cause another to stop.

Are there any messages listed in the log tab of the control center when the strategy is disabled? This should point to the specific reason.

You can also add TraceOrders = true; to your Initialize method and view through Tools > Output Window. The specific reason should be noted here as well.
