    Timestamp in the chart is not the same as time and sales

    Timestamp in the chart is not the same as time and sales

    I am using NT7 beta v22 and connected to zenfire.

    Also I have NT 6.5 running, also connected to zenfire, those bar time stamps in the chart and T&S are ok.

    In Europe we changed our clocks this weekend, moving back 1 hour, and ideas to what has happened to NT7?

    Hello tinkerz,

    Can you please download and install NinjaTrader 7.0.0.23. When I test Zen-Fire on my end, I do not notice a difference between the chart and Time and Sales window.

    Please let me know if the issue remains and send me a screenshot if possible.

      Ok I have updated.

      Ninjatrader License servers could not be reached.

      I use the same key to access the download area, but the key does not work?

      Any problems your end?

          Updated to NT7 V23, but still timestamp issues

          T&S is correct but the chart is +1 Hour

          My PC clock is correct and is the same time as T&S

            tinkerz,

            Sounds to me as if your data is still on the old hours. I suggest reloading your historical data to get data in relation to the new hours.

              I have reloaded the data from the historical data tab, but the timestamps are still out on the barchart

                I suggest to delete the historical data you currently have in the Historical Data Manager.


                Subsequently load new historical data from BarChart and check if data is displayed as expected.

                  I stopped the zenfire feed, then deleted data, closed NT then restarted to show no data present,

                  Logged back onto zenfire, still the same issue

                    I also get failed to verify licence error, but after i enter the licence, zenfire connection appears

                      After leaving to run for 1 hour, the historical clock and the realtime clock are now in sync

                      so the issue seems to be historical download, 1 hour ahead, then the realtime data is correct.

                        I just tried on your timezone where DST is no longer in effect, but unfortunately I could not reproduce. All I can suggest at this point in time is to try upgrading to RC1.

                          I am on version 7.0.0.23. is that RC1?

                            Its just the historical download is out by one hour, realtime data is fine, its 1 hour for the bars to sort them selves out though.

                            v6. is working historically and realtime
