    Current value of an indicator

    Hi,
    Is there a way or an example on how to get current value of an indicator programmatically? Same way as in the property of any indicator - if price markers true then the current price/value is displayed. I need to return the curr. value into some variable please.
    Thank you.

    You can simply call the indicator method with the an index of 0 - if the CalculateOnBarClose is then running on false, it would be the last indicator value on last received tick like the price markers would show.

      Thank you. I tried the following:

      double StochVal;
      StochVal = Stochastics(periodD, periodK, smooth)[0];

      It worked at first but then Ninja crashed and I'm still restoring all my templates... Can you provide a better example how to do this please or at least confirm/unconfirm my example please?
      Thank you.

        The call looks correct - it should not have been the source for the crash, would you mind sending us your trace / logs via Help > Mail to Support so we can take a look?

        Thanks
