Have struggled with getting able to debug NT7 indicator in VS and finally got it working.
Help page for Visual Studio Debugging has the info on screenshot, but it may be missed by not so experienced programmer at first sight - when you attach to the process be sure to select the correct debug engine - either automatic or managed code (click "Select.." button). Maybe this info is worth adding in bold to the help page.
