noticed this note on using this

OnBarUpdate() method,
you should always reset the stop loss price/offset value when your strategy is flat otherwise, the last price/offset value set will be used to generate your stop loss order on your next open position ..

does this mean just setting the value to 0, null or what when my mkt position is flat?

sometimes my value is Low[0] - 2 * TickSize,, how would I reset this...

Thank you for your forum post.

No, this simply means that you must set your stop loss value before calling EnterLong()/EnterShort().

As when you call EnterLong() this will automatically use the current settings for SetStopLoss(). So if your still using the settings from last entry this will be incorrect. So it is important that you

SetStopLoss() before submitting EnterLong(). If you do not reset this to a new value the old one will be used.
