Problem with buy stop order

When my strategy send a order of type "Buy Stop", there are situations that the market price is above the Stop Price for Entry (because the price has rised very quickly). And then my stratety is cancelled. How can I solve this problem?

soyjesus, you would need to check against the inside market (bid / ask) before submitting the order to ensure it's a valid one.

No, you would just check against the GetCurrentBid & GetCurrentAsk and place the order only if the BuyStop price is higher than the ask for example, otherwise not a valid order.
