strategz analzyer programming - same bar close and open

Hi,
is it possible to program script the way that it will close short and open long position on same bar at open price and be able to test it in strategy analyzer? I know it is possible in market replay data but not sure if also backtest would work with this.

Hello Nicknamed,

This is possible in a backtest, but you don't need separate Exit and Enter statements.

EnterShort or EnterLong statements will act as a reversal.

If your conditions for EnterLong are true, then it will both close your short position and enter long on the next bar following the true condition.
