Currency Strength Index CCYX ?

The CCYX:
Currency Strength Index “CCYX” disassembles every pair and isolates the individual currencies.

Im trying to figure out what it measures the different pairs against...?

Any ideas on how to "try" to program something similar as this using NT?

If so I'd be happy to hear any ideas / suggestions...

No, this was more of a question, on if/how I could get this programmed into NT. Currently the software is from Tradingfx.com
