    OnMarketDepth : MarketDepthEventArgs

I am encountered an issue when using the Time.Ticks property of MarketDepthEventArgs.

Specfically, when I take the Time.Ticks value and pass it to the DateTime Constructor, the hour, minute, seconds value is correct. However, the Date value is incorrect.

    For example, a Ticks value from today ( 8/12/2010 10:59 am CST ), 634171211420000000, has a date of 8/11/2010.

    Thoughts?
