    how to find out the timeframe of the bars

    when i create bars with multitimeframes, how can i detect programatically what timeframe is my bar in?
    for eg.
    Add(Instrument, PeriodType.Minute, 5);
    Add(Instrument, PeriodType.Minute, 10);

    Now i use bars in progress to do the processing. Sometimes, i want to know programaticlaaly to check if the currentbar is in 10 minute timeframe or 5 minute timeframe. how do i do it?

    junkone, you would use your BarsInProgress check for exactly this - http://www.ninjatrader-support.com/H...BarSeries.html

    This will give you the feedback which barsObject is calling the OnBarUpdate() method - please take note that the first added one will have an index of 1, the second an index of 2....
