Optimizer Start Date - End Date

Is it possible to find out time interval the optimizer is running on from inside OptimizationType.GetPerformanceValue?

I am looking for the whole time interval, not just when trades were triggered.

Not sure exactly what you're looking for here. You can access the interval that the strategy is run against with BarsPeriod.Id and BarsPeriod.Value

Please clarify if you're looking for something else.

I am not concerned about bars type.
Let's say my bars are 1 minutes, and I optimize against 1 year of historical data.
I want to know that 1 year number, even if there were only one trade during this period. Is this information available?

Hi Pat.d,

When you run the optimizer you select the From and To date within the UI. Unfortunately this property isn't accessible programmatically.
