DrawGannFan request

[Turtle Trader]

This is a request to give full parameter control to the DrawGannFan Ninjascript function.

What is missing is:

1) control of the Fan Rays (this could be done with an array of switches, values)
(enable, disable, color, width, dash style)

2) Direction (Up Left, Up Right, Down Left, Down Right)

3) Points Per Bar -- this should default to the TickSize of the Instrument. No?

Some of these options are available in NT7 using IGannFan

Aside from that, for the time being, you will need to custom code other options.
