Check ADX on a different timeframe

Hello,

I have developed a strategy for a 5 minute chart that uses various ema's and and ADX to confirm direction, I would also like to have it confirm that the ADX on the 15 minute chart is above a certain level, can I do this? If so how?

Jim, you would need to add a 15 min to your strategy and then calculate the ADX based on this input series and check then for your conditions to be present on this 15 min ADX for the strategy to trigger trades - the link below shows an overview of the MultiSeries framework we use, this is working for strategies in NT 6.5 and will be extended to indicators as well in our new NT 7 release (currently in beta) - http://www.ninjatrader-support.com/H...struments.html
