Input series definition for strategy

I've created a chart with 2 data series. Need to apply 2 strategies (1 strategy for each). By default NT apply both strategies for the first data series. Is there any way to set strategy for necessary data series by adding some c# code to the strategy?

Well, as I understand multi-instrument methods it's not the thing I mean.

curious, to clarify - when you add a strategy to a MultiSeries NT7 chart you would need to select the Input series the strategy should use, you can't set this programmatically.
