NT7 and using custom dll

I created a custom program and have added the reference to it in an an Indicator. The indicator compiles without any errors.
Two problems: First, the new namespace for the custom class does not appear in the type-ahead when adding it to the "Using declarations".
Second problem: "Could not load file or assembly " error.

Any thoughts?

One additional comment....the custom dll is build using .NET Framework 4 since it makes use of System.Speech. Is the problem due to an incompatibility of .NET Framework used by NT7?

Unfortunately NT7 does not support features in .NET 4. Your suspicion is likely the issue here.

Which version of .NET do you support for NT7?

.NET 3.5 is the supported version.
