Can you code audible alerts on a MACD Indicator?

Does anyone know if it is possible to input an audible alarm feature for the MACD indicator and how I would go about coding the ninja script for an audible alarm that would go off if the MACD hit a specific MACD target number above the zero line or a specific MACD indicator number below the zero line. This would work just like a price alert on price action but instead, using the MACD numbers for audible target alerts. Thanks.

Thank you for your post.

Using the strategy wizard is good for this. You can create the strategy in a point and click interface and then view the code that's used. The following help guide article helps with setting up the condition builder for indicator to value comparisons:

You can select a specific plot that you'd like to be alerted for by expanding the Plot section in the condtion builder.

Then it's a matter of setting the actions and alerts are one of the prebuilt actions selectable from the strategy wizard.
