false representation in the rate chart

Dear Ninja Trader Support Team!

Unfortunately, the NT shows incorrect in real-time price data.

I use Win7 64bit, NT 6.5 with IB API.

The high was trading higher by 2.75 p as the rate in the first chart.

I hope you can help me further.

I am sorry, what bar are you referring to? What tells you that the data was wrong? What is in conflict to show this?

Hello Ben,

Please you look at the retracementsdaten in chart1 and Chart2.

chart1 was in the high 1156.75, I have saved it on Friday.

In chart 2 was the high of 1159.50, I have saved it on Sunday.

Thus, 1 in the chart displays a false high price.

I hope you can help me further.

Do you see the same issue when switching charts to ES 06-10, the current front month of the ES at this time?
