some guidance needed. please help

Hi, I'm trying to ascertain by code the bar of the lowest low achieved.

From the attached charts, I need to find the lowest bar between the red 1 and red 13. The red 1 is only formed after the green 9 is printed. As you can see the number of bars between the red 1 and 13 vary...i was thinking of using the LowestBar() function but not too sure how to go about it after that.

Just keep track of the needed low manually, as you encounter your completed count == 9 conditions just save the current low to a variable...then check if the next bar's low is smaller than this variable and save it again if it is.
