How can I delete an indicator ?

I did Tools > Edit NinjaScript > Indicator : DepthMarket1
then I got an error Window with the message " 'DepthMarket1' cannot be deleted. It is referenced by '.cs'."

Do you literaly get "It is referenced by '.cs'" or is their a file name it references?

This message should only come up only if DepthMarket1 is being used within another of your custom indicators.

I get "It is referenced by '.cs'". I went under deleting all of my custom indicators and got the same error message until I got to one which ended deleted and from now on, I can delete indicators again.
