Dataseries to an array

is there a quick way to get to the following statement
from a dataseries into an array?

where just want the last 15 data items from a large dataseries
double[] input = {2,3,4,5,4,3,6,7,5,6,5,6,7,4,3,5};

The quickest, simplest way I can think of is to use a for loop.

for(int i = 0 ; i < 15 ; i++)
{
    input[i] = yourdataseries[i];
}
