TextBox in ChartPanel

I wonder if someone might give me a clue about how to place a TextBox on a ChartPanel? Not DrawText.

I have searched the forums but couldn't seem to find anything

Mindset, for doing custom plotting, drawing and text, you could check into the CustomPlotSample we install per default...this should give all the freedom you seek on the chart panel...
