I had a look at some codes that have been shared and realise that some programmers use things like region, private voids. Some like to "reset" their indicators too.

Why is that?

Normally done for coding structure and formatting, not sure what exactly you refer to as reset (Dispose?)

kinda resetting the variables' values.

I see, yes can be needed depending on the used logic, in some calcuations you want to reset to a default value for example when the condition does not trigger anymore.
