Can a Ninja consultant do this ?

Being reasonably happy with NT 6.5 ,I'm wondering if a Ninja consultant can
write an app resize the chart like you can in NT 7

I may wait for NT7 , I don't know when the final version will be out and how
long it will take for ,for example , finalg profile chart to be compatible and
the hand full of custom donated indicators to be compatible that I've been using or when or has the TT/ AMP / NT7 trading connection been solved ?.
Just something I'm considering . Thx .
