gotoline/hyperlink?

My code is relatively large (3k lines) which I have broken down into a series of regions to aid debugging, amendments, etc.
is there a way to put hyperlinks into the code so that I can have a 'region only menu' at the top and just jump to the relevant section?

I suspect the answer is no - if so perhaps I could put it forward as a future enhancement?
