Is there an "or" feature in NT?

I know this is really basic, but I can't even think of what to search for.

Is there any feature in NT where if any one of a series of conditional statements is true an action happens? I know using "&&" makes 2 conditions have to be true. Can you make it so that if one of many or some of a list of many triggers the action?

Just wondering so that the logic tree doesn't get too huge.
