Reverse Position

How can write a codec with a entry Long, Stoploss and Reverse for this StopLoss?

Get yourself into a long position with EnterLong() or any other entry order. Then for your stop loss put in a EnterShort() to reverse.

if (Position.MarketPosition == MarketPosition.Long && Close[0] < Position.AvgPrice - 10 * TickSize)
     EnterShort();

No need. A stop loss order is essentially just a market order when the stop price is hit. This duplicates the same behavior and logic as a stop loss order and gets you your reversal. Going EnterShort() while holding a long position will automatically close your long and reverse you into a short.
