can time be an input?

Hi,
I was playing abit with the strategy development wizard and wanted to try to build a strategy taht at a certain time calculates some setups, I wanted to set this time as one of the inputs but I'm puzzled about how to do it as the type of variables do not comprehend a date/time format, I tried to search in the forum but was not able to find the exact answer to this question.

Unfortunately you will not be able to do this in the Wizard. It would require you to custom code to get it done.
