Dear All -

I am in no way familiar with NS for NT, can you help me program or find a simple 'indicator'?

For example: on a five minute chart I want to know which minute of five I am seeing currently and display this a number in one corner of the screen.

I think the number you are looking for could be calculated like this:

Time[0].Minute % 5

To display the number on the chart you could have a look into the source coude of indicator "VolumeCounter".
