Is there an equivalent to the Excel PercentRank function in NinjaTrader/.net? If not, I can implement it myself, but I thought I'd ask, in case I've just missed something in my searches. The only hard part would be the interpolation it does when the result isn't exactly clear.
PercentRank returns, for a given input value, what % of members of a separate array are less than the input value. For example, the input value may be greater than 20% of the members in the array, 99% of them, etc.
