Simple indicator trouble

Hi, I'm trying to create a simplest indicator for few ours - still without result.
I need to do action if condition based on prices is true.
For example if today high > yesterday high.

if(High[0] > High[1] ) {
BarColor = Color.Yellow;
}

I found the trouble is High[1], but I still dont know why!? How can I get the price information of e.g. 5 bars ago?

Your way to access past bars is correct, however, you most likely run into this error here - http://www.ninjatrader-support2.com/...ead.php?t=3170

To reference the current session high and lows, you can use CurrentDayOHL - http://www.ninjatrader-support.com/H...entDayOHL.html

This info on the previous session would be given by PriorDayOHLC - http://www.ninjatrader-support.com/H...orDayOHLC.html
