Using a custom .NET DLL.

I created a .NET DLL that does some proprietary calculations for use within a strategy. When I add a reference to the DLL in a NT strategy and use the methods within it the DLL it complies without error. However when I run the strategy I get an error that says: Could not load the file or assembly – The system cannot file the file specified.

I have a feeling that I might need to register the DLL but I am not certain. Any idea what I could be doing wrong?
