Draw a horz line with price

Hi

Wonder if you can help me with a really simple code (I think)

I want to be able to create a indicator that draws a horz line and on top of that it will automatically add the price. Yes, I now you an create a horz line and add the text, but this will be alot faster.

Also, all the parameters should be configurable, i.e. the color of the line, style, font color, font etc can be changed.
