How can I send a MOO Market-on-Open and MOC Market-on-Close order via NT and Interactive Brokers' TWS to NYSE and NASDAQ?

P.S.: Btw, to wait before the end sending an order is not the same as an MOC order for example which has to be at the exchange 15 or 20 minutes before the close.
