Vendor Licensing

I have written several pieces of code containing vendor licensing. All strategies/indicators work fine on MOST machines, however there are a few users experiencing an issue. They are receiving the following error in NT's Log...

You don't have a valid license for indicator 'MyIndicator'. Please contact 'company' at 'email' for a license.

The big issue is that these users are licensed for the product. How can we troubleshoot to find out what is causing the issue? I was told that these strategies/indicators were working for these customers before.

You will want to check their machineIDs, license keys, etc with your Vendor Licensing module. Make sure they have not expired or anything.

We have done this, but still no luck. We have expiration date set for 2050! We have also uninstalled and reinstalled the modules with no success.

Have you tried reissuing them licenses?
