NinjaTrader hang when using OnExecution

Hello, I recently made a strategy that seems to be hanging NinjaTrader. After running the strategy, I see an instant hang in the UI. The CPU then continues to spike between 50%-100%.

This problem started occurring when I added the OnExecution() event handler to my strategy. This event handler does nothing more than set custom stops and cancels "other" stops as the mail order is filled. I am using global IOrder variables to track initial orders that the system put in.
