I want to Draw two fixed in topright, one under the other,, can I do this with DrawTextFixed? If not what are the coordinates do I use for one of the other "Draws"

Can the size of the "Draw", dots, triangle, arrow, be adjusted?

You should be able to draw fixed text one under the other. For the second one you want to make it come down a line. I believe it was something like \n. Please search google for C# new line for strings for more accurate information if this was not correct.

Unfortunately not. You can search around the forums for people who try to use Wingdings font to draw their own arrows and such and adjust font sizes that way. This is not a supported approach though so you will be on your own.
