Here is the latest:
- a couple of days ago I got Protector V4 from the RemoteSoft
- it protects 32bit and 64bit as expected
- this version is integrated in latest NT7B10

I suggest contacting RemoteSoft to upgrade to that version.

RemoteSoft is working on an update since there is an issue. I suggest trying again 10 days from now.

That is nice to know Dierk, what is the problem? As for me, I sent an email on Thursday, Remotesoft responded with answers to my questions and the order form on Friday. I responded with another question and got the answer today, and ordered. Now I am here seeing there is a problem, so briefly what is it?

Unfortunately, I don't know the details as we are not the builder of Protector. We experienced some occasional issues on XML serialization which RemoteSoft wanted to address. RemoteSoft granted free updates for recent V4 purchases.

Has anyone found a more economical protector? The salamandar product is $1800 or is it cheaper for NT users? I don't want to pay that much.

To obfuscate your code you only need the $299 version, offered at the bottom of this page. You don't need the full $1,800 suite.
