ATM Strategy logic

Is there a way I can add more logic to an ATM strategy such as other trailing and or exit methods? What I am trying to do is once I have identified a trade, enter the trade and have it managed with program logic. For example, if I get in a long trade, and I would like to have the stop follow the trade up, perhaps changing automatically to one tick below the low of the previous bar.

What I'm looking for is the ability to do this on misc trades, not just from a running strategy. Thanks.

Unfortunately not. NinjaScript strategies never manage manual trades.
