Adding buttons to chart's toolbar

Hi All,

I use a NinjaTrader indicator/plug-in that adds buttons to a chart's toolbar, as in the attached screen capture (the four buttons are circled, upper right of chart). I haven't yet found in the documentation where it is explained how to do this.

My goal is to code a button that would automatically place an order per my NinjaScript instructions.

Can anyone point me to an example of how to do this from scratch and/or the appropriate help documentation?

Thanks - that's fine if that is beyond the forum. However, it can be done and the person who did it must have learned how somewhere. Where can I learn about how to do that (open to anyone's thoughts)? Third-party sources? Is there a developer's program I could join, etc.?

You could try contacting the author of that script and see if he can provide you with information. To do what is shown in the screenshot is outside of what NT support can offer help on. If other forum members have insights to chime in, definitely feel free to do so.

just saw this thread. as the links aren't working any longer:
can someone point me into the right direction how this can be done?
i'd just like to add the "text" button - and if possible with the functionality permanent on / off.
