Oddball indicator made by mark brown

I'm looking to add this indicator to NT, It's call oddball, I know that they have it coded for tradestation and esignal, I was wondering if anyone have it coded for ninja trader?

This link seems to be broken. I can't get it to load on any browser, states 404 not found.
