2 Charts - Different Time Frames

If you are running 2 charts with different time frame, e.g., 1min & 3min, is it possible to set an alarm if one condition exists on one chart AND a different condition (event occurs or exists on) the other chart?

Ex: IF THIS1 on one chart AND THIS2 on the other chart
THEN
THIS (sound alarm or buy or sell or do whatever whatever)
ELSE
DO nothing
ENDIF
