ATI orders being ignored

Hi,

I am using NT 6.5, and have written an OIF. ATI is enabled, but NT is ignoring it. The contents are:

PLACE;SIM101;YM 03-09;BUY;1;MARKET;0;0;DAY;;test;;

It was built using the OIF builder, and written to the 'incoming' directory. Nothing even appears in the log. Can anyone help please?

Did you name your OIF file correctly? oif*.txt? Are you connected to a data feed?

Yes all around. NT crashed shortly after I made that post, and after restarting, the problem seems to have cleared up.
