Also, when I go into the strategy analyzer and click on the strategy, the edit edit wizard for the strategy just pops up and it doesn't process the data. What should I be doing instead?

inserting a timeframe and testing the wizard strategy
How do I let the strategy wizard know that I want the conditions to run on a 15 minute timeframe? Is that something I insert in the condition builder itself, or does that go on a different screen when starting to run the strategy?

Hi jadder486,
You can decide later on which timeframe you want your completed strategy to be running on, this is not set in the Strategy wizard.
For backtesting in the Strategy Analyzer, right click on the symbol and select 'Backtest', then set your backtesting settings and click 'OK' - this will initiate the backtest of your strategy.
