nj freezing

hello, my nt has started hanging up and my orders are hanging up as well, and then they gey filled, i don't even know it untill i restart nj. this has been costly. how do i fix it asap.

actually, i need you guys at nj to fix the problem, not have me pay someone to fix it. will try your suggestion. if that does not work would rather have a refund and buy another program that does not freeze up.

There are many factors that can influence performance most if not all which are listed in the link provided. If after making any adjustments, you still experience a freezing, then let us know and we will request further information from you to see if we can isolate the cause.
