Can't download when connected vpn

I am currently connected to a VPN and I can't download User Apps.

Does the same occur with a different browser such as Internet Explorer, Chrome, or Firefox?

Does the same occur if you delete your cookies and try again?

Are you able to not be connected to the VPN to try and attempt the download?

If not, you may wish to reach out to your VPN provider directly for their troubleshooting resources regarding the inability to download items using their service.

The possible reasons are:

• Maybe you are not using the same VPN service.
• Maybe you are using a free or a basic plan.
• Maybe your VPN supports torrenting but you have exploited the available free bandwidth.
• Their might be difference in choice of countries of you and your friend.
