Hard to tell. Since we don't know any of the courses below we could not recommend one. In general any course about C# should work. In addition you needed to make yourself familiar with the NinjaScript methods and properties e.g. based on the help guide.

I wouldn't know either... I never had any exposure to C# before starting on NinjaTrader. And I still haven't ever studied anything about C#, but I'm doing fine coding things for NinjaTrader.

If you're already familiar with other languages like C++ or java or PHP, then code examples and an online reference are all that's needed.

If you've never programmed anything before, then I'd say any introductory book on C# or Visual Studio should get you started.

          designer,

If you can code in C, you can code in C++ or C#. There are some changes to syntax, but the overall flow and understanding of program structure remain the same.

The best idea I can think of is just reading through the NT manual and trying different things in NT to get your head around its flow.

              designer,

The best place to start is the Help Guide tutorials for creating your own indicator and strategies. After that there is a bunch of samples available on the forums in the Reference Sample section.

It does not apply immediately to trading, but I strongly recommend reading John Smiley's "Learn to Program with C#." That's how I got started programming and I'm reasonably comfortable doing my own stuff now.
